One of the minimum requirements for any airline, a Multi-Engine Command Instrument Rating is an important add-on to a Commercial Pilots Licence.
Minimum Requirements to Undertake a Multi Engine Command Instrument rating Course
- Private Pilot Licence
- 50 hours command, cross-country
- be able to pass a CASA Class 2 flight medical by a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner
- obtain a CASA Aviation Security Check
Time Commitment for Course Completion
This course is competency based. Most students need to allow a minimum of 8 weeks of full-time study to complete the Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating course.
